Phase II will span two years, running from 2025 to 2027.
Objective 1: Conduct Knowledge Assessments

Objective 3: Enhance the National Online Reporting Assistant (NORA)
Collaborate with developers to integrate new features, focusing on improving report formatting and organization.
Test enhancements with pilot schools to ensure usability and effectiveness.
Incorporate user feedback to refine functionality before full rollout.
Objective 4: Promote NORA for Reporting
Host informational sessions for school administrators to highlight NORA’s benefits.
Provide onboarding support and training for staff transitioning to NORA.
Distribute promotional materials, including how-to guides and FAQs, to ensure smooth adoption.
Objective 5: Foster Collaboration with State and Local Agencies
Hold meetings with child welfare agencies to align on reporting standards and expectations.
Develop joint training initiatives to ensure consistency across organizations.
Establish communication channels for ongoing collaboration.
Objective 6: Develop Follow-Up Support Resources
Create downloadable resources such as quick-reference cards and video tutorials.
Offer a dedicated support line or email for post-training questions.
Schedule periodic refresher webinars to reinforce key concepts.
Coordinate on-site school visits by retired CPS Workers to provide real-time guidance and address staff questions.
Objective 7: Measure and Communicate Impact

Objective 8: Integrate Feedback Mechanisms
Develop a feedback form accessible through NORA for users to report issues or suggestions.

Translate training materials and NORA’s interface into multiple languages.
