Nora PBC:

Nora PBC, the National Online Reporting Authority, is the parent company and is committed to advancing public safety and accountability. It provides strategic direction, governance, and operational support for all initiatives, ensuring alignment with its mission to create safer communities through education and technology.

Child Safety Initiative (CSI):

CSI is a strategic initiative developed by Nora PBC to address systemic gaps in child safety reporting. Its mission is to enhance public education on reporting practices, foster proactive intervention, and support the creation and implementation of solutions that improve reporting systems.

National Online Reporting Assistant (NORA):

NORA is an application developed by Nora PBC and made available to the public through CSI. It simplifies and enhances the process of reporting safety concerns by enabling the creation of comprehensive, organized, and actionable reports. While NORA is owned and managed by Nora PBC, it serves as a core operational resource for advancing CSI’s mission.
